In general, “white labelling” is a marketing practice in which a product or service is produced by one company and then rebranded by another company to make it appear to be their own.In the realm of IT services, white labelling occurs when a provider sells services to its customers with the understanding that the customers will, in turn, re-sell those same services to their own customers under their own brand.

With our white label service, you can leverage low-cost offshore labour to do the “grunt work” behind your IT model, be that web, mobile, or PC development. You may have a very small staff in the US,or even be a single-person business, but to your clients you will appear to have the resources of a large programming staff at your disposal. Our team can perform many billable hours of work for your clients, while you retain full control over your own branding, appearance, policies, infrastructure, and support model.

We can perform many of the functions that your local IT staff could perform, at a fraction of the cost, all while providing the appearance to your clients that it’s being done in-house. For example, we have some clients who provide our team with email accounts on their own server, so that when we interact with their clients, the client receives an email from an ID such as bob@localcompany.com, rather than bob@tendersoftware.com. Our team operates under strict instructions to only communicate using the local company’s name; the end customer never hears the words “Tender Software”. We’ve even had clients send company-branded shirts to India for a photo of the team wearing their logos, rather than Tender’s.

There are no additional charges beyond Tender’s standard hourly development rate.

That’s up to you! You can bill your customers at an hourly rate or on a fixed fee basis that is higher than Tender’s rates, and you pocket the difference. Our invoices are to you, and only to you; your relationship with your customer remains yours.
