Recognizing the demand for affordable, high-quality IT development services among small and midsized businesses, we rapidly expanded our services. Over time, the IT arm of the business outgrew the retail operations, transforming into the international software development business it is today. Since 2006, we have built an experienced software development team in India, supported by U.S.-based leadership and client service teams in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. Brent is the Founder and CEO of Tender Software, an international software development business with U.S.-based leadership and a presence in Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and India. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1996 with the establishment of the Tender Center Franchise Group, a network of 13 auction houses along Australia’s East Coast.
Brent’s successful leadership of the Tender Center Franchise Group paved the way for his current venture, Tender Software. His extensive experience in building and scaling businesses, coupled with his deep understanding of diverse markets, positions him as a dynamic leader in the technology industry. Brent’s vision and strategic direction continue to drive the growth and expansion of Tender Software Group, solidifying its presence as a global player.
Chief Operations Officer
Thiru is an expert software engineer with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, and an extensive track record of delivering high-quality software solutions across diverse industries. His deep understanding of System Development Lifecycle methodologies has been instrumental in creating systems and processes that have kept Tender at the forefront of evolving IT development technologies.
Thiru’s technical expertise and problem-solving abilities have enabled him to provide timely and effective solutions to hundreds of clients. His leadership experience includes managing a 300-person engineering team, ensuring quality project delivery and customer success. He is passionate about driving operational efficiency through continuous process optimization, leading to increased productivity and a positive work environment. Thiru’s proactive approach to risk mitigation, including implementing robust contingency plans, has minimized disruptions and ensured seamless operations. His ability to quickly understand and address client requirements, including those of numerous international clients, demonstrates his versatility and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Managing Director, North America
Eric is a seasoned professional with nearly three decades of experience in the outsourcing industry, possessing a comprehensive understanding from the perspectives of a customer, provider, and third-party advisor. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Missouri State University and an MBA from Baylor University.
Eric’s career trajectory includes significant roles in sourcing provider management at ExxonMobil and outsourcing sales at Accenture. Leveraging his expertise on both sides of labor arbitrage transactions, he then transitioned into a senior advisory position at KPMG, where he guided clients in securing optimal value in their transactions. At Tender, Eric leads the company’s North American operations and client relationships. He brings a client-focused perspective shaped by decades of experience buying, selling, and advising on outsourced technology services.

Frankie is a technology professional with a career spanning various outsourced development suppliers. Her firsthand experience and strong relationships as a Tender Software client made the decision to become Managing Partner of our UK division an easy one. Frankie thrives on supporting and collaborating with other tech companies, witnessing their success through leveraging Tender’s services.
